Head of Sales France (m/f/d)

Based in the heart of Paris, with a disciplinary and functional reporting line based in Berlin, you will successfully participate in the consolidation of the 365FarmNet France organization, generate profitable sales growth and increase the number of users and thus an active use of systems.


  • further development and implementation of the strategic launch plan in France in cooperation with the Berlin-based management
  • responsible for business development and transformation of marketing and sales strategy, including related communication measures
  • identification, development and implementation of strategic partnerships, both in sales and product development
  • development of the local sales organisation, inter alia by using CLAAS' local network of dealers and customers

In the implementation of the above-mentioned objectives, you will receive significant support from 365FarmNet headquarters in Berlin (distance selling, marketing, CRM) and from CLAAS' French national organisation (marketing back office, HR, Legal, IT, Admin)


  • You are a native French speaker and have more than 5 years of leadership experience in B2B sales
  • You have a passion for digital technology AND the agricultural world - specific work experience in both areas is certainly a plus
  • You are results-oriented and have a proven track record of consistently achieving your objectives
  • You have the ability to independently build a vast network of prospects and transform them into potential customers
  • Your negotiating skills are excellent
  • You have very good oral and written communication skills in English and/or German
  • You have a strong ability to build trusting relationships
  • Your organizational, time management, interpersonal and networking skills are excellent
  • You have an entrepreneurial and start-up spirit
